A. With my.calottery, there is no need to re-register for each new Lottery promotion. It provides a central home for you to log on to one or more California Lottery promotions, as well as provides info on new Lottery promotions, sweepstakes and events. my.calottery also provides a central location for you to update your profile (change of address, name change, etc.), or change your preferences - for example, if you want to now receive email notifications of Lottery promotions.

A. No! Once you are registered, you can use your my.calottery user name and password to sign up for any future Lottery promotions!

A. Yes. You will have the ability to update your personal information (things like name and address) as well as preferences (things like whether you would like to be contacted by the Lottery to hear about cool promotions or events) whenever you want!

A. Yes! As long as you have a registered user name and password, you can participate in multiple promotions, even if they are taking place at the same time.

A. When you log in to your my.calottery account, there will be a list of all current programs being offered. Also, when you registered, if you indicated that you would like to be contacted by the Lottery about promotions or events, you may receive an email.

A. Go to the Log In page, click on the "Forgot My Password" link and follow the instructions. You will then receive your security question. After you have successfully answered the security question, you will be able to reset your password.
